About the Role:

We are a rapidly growing company that specializes in providing comprehensive global HR

and payroll solutions for businesses. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

individual to join our team as the Manager of our Partner Referral Program. As a leading

player in the industry, we offer innovative solutions and strive to foster strong relationships

with our partners to drive revenue, growth and success.



Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance adoption of our Partner Referral


Program, ensuring continuous program improvement and increased partner

engagement.

• Develop and implement strategies to set up referral partners for continued success.
• Establish roadmap priorities and quarterly focuses.
• Identify and onboard new partners to expand the network and drive program reach.
• Nurture existing partner relationships to maximize their referral potential and increase


program participation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product, to


align program goals with overarching company objectives to establish sales success

funnels.

• Design and implement structured training and onboarding programs for new partners,


ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the program and its benefits.

• Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement


and implementing corrective measures as needed.

• Act as the main point of contact for referral partners, addressing any inquiries or


concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to referral programs,


making recommendations for program enhancements.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations on program performance and


achievements for management and key stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with marketing teams to establish cross-channel referral


campaigns and drive adoption by leveraging audiences.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the referral


Partners.



Requirements

• 5 years of experience in managing partner referral programs or similar roles in


partnerships and sales.

• Strong understanding of partner acquisition and engagement strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and


maintain strong relationships with partners.

• Proficient in data analysis and metrics reporting.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM and HR tool systems.
