Job SummaryTo identify relevant brands for strategic partnerships to support the GEMS\' rewards programme with relevant benefits for members. The candidate will work closely with the SVP of Loyalty and help generate revenue towards sponsorship of events created for the programme\'s customers and by extension events across our schools.AccountabilitiesMarketing
Identify and sign no less than 100 partners to the program in year one
Identify potential alliances with key brands that help benefit the programme and its members
Work with SVP to identify and create relevant bespoke reward experiences for various member groups across programme tiers.
Operations
Lead execution and delivery of events (supported by Marketing Executive) for programme members.
Team development & Leadership
Ensure GEMS Values, policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.
Work with SVP towards identifying and acquiring talent to support and build Sponsorship department
Support culture of learning, sharing information and constant innovation within the team.
Revenue
Identify revenue generating opportunities within the school network with a view to generating sponsorship revenue in year one
Support SVPs efforts in creating a central \'Partnerships/ sponsorships\' department that is able to harness the size and scale of the business opportunity and drive revenue for various in-school and rewards programme related events
Education & Experience
Minimum Bachelors Degree in business administration, economics, finance, marketing or humanities
Five years\' experience in a direct sales related position
Five years\' experience in creating partnerships and driving sponsorship opportunities in the UAE
