This role is full time based in Dubai. What the job involves
Lead the development and implementation of programmes that reinforce the unique identity, heritage, and story of each company
Create and teach curriculum to introduce culture and behavioural expectations to new joiners, and create recurrent training programmes
Develop systems to support business decision making that aligns with company culture and principles
Create reporting structures in businesses both large and small to facilitate greater execution ability and accountability
Support portfolio companies to define and develop their Centres of Excellence within core functions
Design and manage talent systems within each company to grow and sustain teams that are well-trained, fairly rewarded, and retained

Experience and passionate in leading organisational change
Proven ability to serve as a trusted advisor with a history of building trust with others
