Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor degree required
• Master's in Business Administration preferred
Experience
• At least 10 years of experience in parking management or a related technology-based industry.
• Proven track record in successfully managing an operations team.

• Familiarity with UAE Laws regarding Parking legislation

Primary functions
• Deliver an excellent service to all clients on time, on budget and to specification.
• Deliver exemplary standards of client services at all times. Seek out opportunities to further enhance current, and prospective, client experience.
• Be responsible for the Operations function ensuring that all systems and processes adhere to best practice levels and are correctly aligned within operations, with other internal departments.
• Lead all Operations departments, for car park, valet parking, and related support services
• Mastermind the delivery of new contracted facilities.
• Contribute to the development of operations strategy. Working with individual Heads of Department to develop, evolve and enhance ZONE's Operational delivery.
• Create a high performing operations team and foster talent management. In particular identify high potential individuals for succession planning, ensuring appropriate development plans are in place.
• Ensure all team members have clear measurable objectives and structured performance reviews, 1 to 1s and team meetings.
• Undertake rigorous financial control, setting departmental opex and capex budgets and managing P&Ls.
• Develop, propose and implement strategies for change which will drive improved service and more effective control of costs.
• Act as Incident Manager in Business Continuity Planning and be responsible for managing crisis preparedness.
• Oversee valet parking operations, identify areas for improvement, minimize vehicle incidents, and strive for service excellence.
• Participate as required in internal management forums.
