:Our client is a fast-growing marketing consulting firm that specializes in providing innovative and strategic solutions to clients across various industries. As part of their expansion, they seek a highly motivated and experienced professional to join their team as the Head of Operations in the UAE (Marketing/PR/Communication Consulting firm).The Head of Operations will be pivotal in setting up and managing operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Marketing/PR/Communication consulting sector and a deep understanding of the local market. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, excellent connections within UAE, and the ability to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage the firm\'s operations in the UAE.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in service delivery.
- Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to achieve high performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Proven experience in a senior operational role within the Marketing/PR/Communication consulting industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the same capacity in the UAE, with a strong network of contacts in the region.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to be based in the UAE and travel as required.
