Job Summary:

ZIA Medical Center, a leading multispeciality clinic in Dubai, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to oversee and manage the daily operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality healthcare services, maintain operational excellence, and support strategic initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with various departments to optimize resource utilization and improve patient flow.



Staff Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage clinic staff, including administrative, clinical, and support teams.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.

Patient Care Management:

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and service excellence.
• Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage the clinic's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and cost control.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiencies.

Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Analyze clinic performance data and generate reports to inform decision-making.
• Lead projects aimed at expanding clinic services, improving patient care, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care and operational excellence.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

Technology and Innovation:

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of clinic management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Identify and adopt new technologies and innovations to enhance clinic operations and patient care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a multispeciality clinic or hospital setting.
• Proven experience in operational management, financial oversight, and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality assurance practices.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software and EHR systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Healthcare Management.
• Experience in managing a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Dubai and the UAE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
