Ensure compliance with UAE fintech regulations, data security standards (PCI DSS, GDPR), and risk mitigation policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, payment processors, and key business partners.
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports to track operational performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
Lead disaster recovery, fraud prevention, and business continuity planning.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in operations, fintech, payment processing, or digital commerce.
Proven leadership experience in a high-growth, technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of payment gateways, merchant acquiring, and digital banking.
Experience with risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks in fintech.
Expertise in process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field.
Experience in UAE fintech ecosystem and knowledge of local regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and emerging payment technologies.
