By harnessing innovative technology, Travel Zone is dedicated to creating a more connected and seamless travel experience, shaping the future of global travel.Job Summary:The Head of Operations will oversee the entire Operations Department, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals. This role involves managing the Reservation Management, Back Office, and Customer Support teams to drive efficiency, implement best practices, and deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute operational strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Oversee Reservation Management, Back Office, and Customer Support teams for efficient operations.
  • Monitor and improve performance metrics to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures across operations.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth, integrated operations.
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources, and control expenses.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Address and resolve escalated issues and customer complaints.
  • Lead and mentor team managers, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field; Masters degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in operations management, with senior leadership experience.
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in relevant software.
  • Ability to manage complex situations in a fast-paced environment.
