- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field; Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in operations management, with senior leadership experience.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in relevant software.
- Ability to manage complex situations in a fast-paced environment.
