Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Position SummaryThe Visa Consulting and Analytics Director will deliver consulting support and projects to VISA\'s key clients to help optimize clients\' payment cards portfolios\' performance, thereby ensuring that Visa is both their preferred brand and a unique business partner.Principle Responsibilities, Key Results AreaThis position is key to develop and scale the Visa Consulting & Analytics CEMEA offering around open banking and drive the delivery of strategy projects. The person will work within the digital and strategy practice at CEMEA level supporting all the subregional teams on relevant topics.Specific responsibilities include:Develop VCA\'s offering related to open banking for the CEMEA region, working closely with the global strategy practice on bringing in global expertise into the region and exporting CEMEA expertise. Work closely with the open banking product team in defining the approach to open banking engagements across the CEMEA region. Be part of open banking discussions across the region and provide input on upcoming regulations and frameworks. Work closely with the open banking partners we have in the region and globally to develop joint offering and go-to-market to deliver strong impact and apply a strategy to execution approach to our consulting engagements. Identify opportunities for Consulting assignments with top Clients using VISA and external data, analyze client needs across the focus markets and In coordination with Country Managers and Account Executives, develop Country plans for Consulting activity related to strategy and open banking with top Clients, securing funds from partnership agreements to support Consulting projects where such agreements exist. Develop project pitches and in coordination with Account Executives, secure new Consulting assignments with clients, as well as re-engagements opportunities via a consultative sales approach in assigned markets. Manage sales pipeline, execute on revenue targets agreed. Deliver Consulting projects. Resolve complex strategic problems. Synthesize and manage complex project structures when required. Work closely with other VISA groups, including Product, Marketing etc., to ensure a seamless client Consulting experience in the countries of focus. Develop and deliver client training programs and impart best practices knowledge sharing to VISA clients. Where appropriate, work with designated practice areas global Consulting groups to incorporate best practice, source analytical or other services and realize consulting efficiency between CEMEA and other regions. Deliver and manage a network of external Consultants for the projects that require external consultant support and: (a) Maintain excellent liaison and supervision of external consultants\' deliveries, (b) Assist in selecting, recruiting, inducting, and training new external consulting firms, (c) Work with other teams and external consultants to develop new and improved tools and techniques for future consulting activities. Manage the VISA Consulting and Analytics budget and resources to perform all required duties. Liaise with VISA functional teams (Finance, Audit, Legal, Tax, Sourcing) to define and implement processes to optimize the daily engagement of vendors and the relationships with clients.QualificationsBasic Qualifications 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor\'s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor\'s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
At least 10 years of professional work experience with the following profile:
oDigital experience and open banking knowledge within a banks organization or financial services practice of a reputed consulting firm, oDeep exposure to digital banking practices regionally and globally
Consulting skills and client engagement capabilities including:
oAdvanced client contact and presentation skills. Credibility with clients and working teams and diplomatic skills to extract desired outcomes. oAvid communicator. Comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior management of clients and VISA. oSuperior project management skills. oStrong problem-solving capabilities, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor. oStrong experience in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to synthesize data, extract key insights and develop executive presentations. Ability to work with database software

Additional InformationThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
