We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and nurturing individual to take on a senior leadership role in our nursery group. This person will serve as a key point of contact for parents, support and guide our nursery managers, and ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations. In addition to operational oversight, they will also lead marketing and communication efforts, helping us tell our story across social media and grow our community presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Oversight
Support and supervise all nursery managers and admin teams
Ensure daily nursery operations run smoothly across branches
Resolve internal challenges quickly and diplomatically
Monitor staff performance, morale, and training needs
Conduct regular site visits and reports to ensure compliance and consistency
Parent Communication & Relations
Serve as a trusted point of contact for parents, handling concerns with empathy and professionalism
Support admissions process and parent onboarding
Lead communication strategies that build trust and transparency
Guide managers in handling sensitive parent matters
Marketing & Social Media
Lead and execute marketing campaigns for enrollment and visibility
Oversee content creation and manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Collaborate with staff to capture authentic classroom stories and milestones
Monitor brand consistency and tone across all public-facing platforms
Strategic Leadership
Participate in long-term planning and improvement of nursery operations
Implement systems for quality assurance and parent satisfaction
Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and regulators as needed
Stay updated on EYFS, Montessori, and KHDA standards
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
Warm, approachable, and emotionally intelligent
Strong background in early childhood education or nursery management
Proven experience in team leadership and parent communication
Confident in marketing, branding, and social media strategy
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Able to balance professionalism with compassion
Skilled at managing multiple nurseries/teams simultaneously
Familiar with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or progressive early years philosophy (a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years in a senior leadership or multi-site management role
Experience working in Dubai or knowledge of KHDA requirements is preferred
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
