- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve merchant targets, focusing on the acquisition of new key merchants and managing existing merchant relationships.
- Actively engage with new merchants to achieve monthly sales KPIs.
- Oversee the entire merchant onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions until live operations commence.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with merchants to ensure continued growth and achievement of sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any merchant disputes effectively.
- Ensure that all merchant business activities and documentation comply with relevant policies and regulations.
- Monitor merchant sales performance, drive organic sales growth from existing merchants, and stay informed about market competition, including MDR, payment solutions, and industry trends.
- Must be based in Dubai.
- Must have experience with high-risk merchants.
- Excellent communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Willingness and ability to travel overseas as needed.
- Holds a Bachelor\'s Degree.
