Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve merchant targets, focusing on the acquisition of new key merchants and managing existing merchant relationships.
Actively engage with new merchants to achieve monthly sales KPIs.
Oversee the entire merchant onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions until live operations commence.
Maintain and nurture relationships with merchants to ensure continued growth and achievement of sales targets.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any merchant disputes effectively.
Ensure that all merchant business activities and documentation comply with relevant policies and regulations.
Monitor merchant sales performance, drive organic sales growth from existing merchants, and stay informed about market competition, including MDR, payment solutions, and industry trends.
The Successful Candidate:
Must be based in Dubai.
Must have experience with high-risk merchants.
Excellent communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Willingness and ability to travel overseas as needed.
Holds a Bachelor\'s Degree.
