Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the region encompassing BTL and ATL activities with Digital Marketing, Paid Media, Integrated Communications, and Creative Direction.
Budget Management: Plan, allocate, and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department to ensure optimal ROI for each channel.
Brand Consistency: Ensure the brand message is consistent and compelling across all touchpoints, utilizing omnichannel marketing strategies.
Audience Growth and Engagement: Drive audience expansion and engagement through data-driven marketing initiatives and growth hacking techniques.
Consumer Insights: Analyse consumer behaviour to develop detailed customer personas and journey maps.
Market Segmentation and Expansion: Identify and exploit opportunities for market segmentation and market share growth through targeted campaigns and new market entry strategies.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to monitor industry trends, and competitor activities, including acquisitions, pricing strategies, and new product/feature launches.
Integrated Sales and Marketing: Synchronize sales and marketing efforts to create cohesive brand experiences and enhance brand equity.
Performance Tracking: Utilize KPIs and marketing analytics to track, evaluate, and report on all marketing activities, outcomes, and return on investment (ROI).
Social Media Management: Oversee the planning and execution of social media strategies to boost local brand visibility, awareness, and engagement.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including external partners, internal department heads, and cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless project coordination and alignment of marketing strategies.
The Candidate
Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within the industry and the Middle Eastern Market.
Deep understanding of Forex and CFD products, including various trading platforms, instruments, and strategies.
Extensive experience in the Forex and CFD trading industry, including a deep understanding of market dynamics, the regulatory environment, and the competitive landscape.
In-depth understanding of the Middle Eastern market, including cultural nuances, consumer behaviour, and regional financial trends.
Experience running successful marketing campaigns tailored to the Middle Eastern audience.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms relevant to the financial sector, including social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
Experience with CRM software.
Proven leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing marketing teams. Ability to set and prioritize goals and drive successful marketing initiatives.
Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels.
Strong IT skills are required, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint.
A Marketing Degree or a similar industry discipline and 5+ years minimum relevant industry experience.
