This pivotal role will be integral to a new business line, focused on funded trader programs. We specialize in offering pioneering evaluation programs and challenge accounts to aspiring traders and providing funding to those who successfully pass our evaluation process. This program provides a platform to traders where they can showcase their talent and potential and those who pass our challenges can earn healthy profit splits. With a focus on transparency, fairness, and support, we are dedicated to helping traders achieve their financial goals and succeed in the competitive world of trading. We are actively looking for a versatile and data-driven Marketing Professional with a comprehensive skill set in financial services to oversee marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing the marketing plan for the business. The primary focus will be on identifying the most suitable marketing strategy, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and PR. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the conceptual and strategic development for all of marketing activities
Manage all marketing channels such as online marketing, social media, content marketing, ad management and design
Ensure the company\'s brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts such as events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material.
Develop performance marketing campaigns that generate lead-demand cost-efficiently to meet CPA targets
Develop and execute B2Cmarketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth in the industry
Plan and coordinate industry related marketing initiatives such as seminars, webinars, and trade shows
Analyse marketing metrics and generate reports to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement
Oversee analytics and processes that track performance of marketing and business development efforts
Keep apprised of the latest marketing trends, technology and competitor offerings
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and other C-level executives to successfully drive the Company\'s marketing strategy globally
Requirements:
Bachelors or Master\'s degree in Marketing or related field
5+ years in direct brand marketing or agency experience within the Equities, FX and CFD sector
Proven multi-channel experience with all major performance marketing channels including mobile programmatic, paid search, display, and social.
Experience in collaborating with sales teams, contributing to KPIs throughout the marketing and sales funnel
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
Personal CFD trading experience would be considered an advantage
