Job Summary:In this role, the head of marketing will design and optimize Mouawad's marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring top-notch marketing operations and stakeholder management. They will establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet the brand's organizational objective through effective management of the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities at a group level.Duties and Responsibilities:1. To develop comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with the brands global goals and objectives and execute previously approved plans related to the companys rebranding and repositioning. 2. To lead and manage projects related to marketing initiatives events, exhibitions, launching, and sponsorship at the group level. 3. To oversee engaging content creation for various channels, including digital platforms, social media, websites, and traditional media outlets. 4. To lead a marketing team in Dubai, KSA, and Bangkok to deliver impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention in the different markets. 5. To collaborate with the cross-functional studio and design departments in Bangkok to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and leverage data-driven insights for decision-making. 6. To develop marketing processes and procedures (worksheets, SOPs, checklists, Boutique opening plans) and share them clearly with the different parties involved through effective project management skills. 7. To stay up to date with the High-end Jewelry industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges. 8. Establish strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance the brands public image. 9. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, prepare reports, and present results to the executive team and Co-Guardians. 10. Develop and manage the yearly marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum return on investment. 11. Drive the implementation of innovative digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation. 12. Champion a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the marketing and communication department.Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in a similar senior marketing and communication leadership role within the luxury industry.(Must)
Masters degree in marketing and communications, or relevant field of study. (Preferred)
PMP or Project management certification is highly considered.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and data-driven marketing tools.
Experience in leading and inspiring a diverse marketing team to achieve exceptional results.
