Manage Company's brand identity and lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to raise awareness around Company as an organization as well as the projects / events, to support Company's overall business strategy & plans. Manage the development, and oversee the implementation of policies, processes, and procedures covering all areas of the Corporate Branding & Marketing to ensure delivery of quality, cost-effective and consistent services, in line with leading international practices and applicable laws & regulations. Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction. Manage the timely and accurate development of periodic and ad-hoc management reports and progress reports to keep the leadership informed about the progress of various plans and initiatives and to facilitate decision-making. Formulate a unique branding strategy for company with an emphasis on creating an effective brand image to ensure that Company's image is always portrayed and projected in the best possible manner in line with the desired brand positioning. Define branding guidelines and ensure it is communicated with the Business Units to ensure adherence to it. Monitor and ensure brand adherence across all internal and external communications including printouts, online, visual, digital, and verbal material. Review brands developed by the Business Units, recommend changes and actions while ensuring adherence to overall brand strategy and guidelines. 10-12 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, or any relevant sector with a minimum of three (3) years in a managerial role, leading one or more function(s) and resources.
