Job Description
Our client is a renowned, multinational aviation company who are one of the leaders in their field. This multi-billion dollar company has interests in the GCC as well as extensive contracts in the region and across the world.The Head of Legal position, based in Dubai, involves a wide array of stimulating work where you will report to the CLO and provide expertise as a senior member of the legal function. The main focus will be on transactional matters for the group involving the active management of contracts, leasing, restructurings and M&A work for the company\'s global projects.Applicants will have a legal qualification from jurisdictions such as the US, England & Wales, Ireland, Australia or Canada. A minimum of 15 years\' legal experience gained working for international law firms and/or the legal team of an international company is required.This is a highly desirable opportunity to join a household name in a position of seniority with an excellent relocation package and comprehensive benefits.
