Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Leasing for one of our clients in Qatar, to lead their leasing department, drive performance, manage client relations, and maximize occupancy and rental income. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the luxury property market, extensive real estate experience, and proven leadership skills to manage a team effectively.

Requirements

o Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.

o Experience: 5+ years in leasing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within luxury real estate.

o Skills: Strong understanding of the leasing process, market trends, and regulations. Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

o Additional: Proficiency in property management and CRM software. Skilled in negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making.
