With a robust portfolio and a commitment to excellence, we are expanding our team to include a dynamic and experienced Head of Leasing to drive our leasing strategy and operations.

Position Overview: As the Head of Leasing, you will spearhead our leasing department, overseeing all leasing activities and strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue. You will lead a team of leasing professionals, develop and implement leasing policies, and collaborate with other departments to achieve the company's objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies to optimize occupancy and achieve revenue targets.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the leasing team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
• Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Lease Negotiation: Oversee lease negotiations and contract management, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Reporting: Monitor and report on leasing performance metrics, market conditions, and team achievements to senior management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the property management, marketing, and sales teams to align leasing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Innovation: Identify and implement innovative approaches to attract tenants and enhance the leasing process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior leasing role within the real estate industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of leasing practices, market trends, and legal regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
