We are currently looking for a Head of Leasing \xef\xbb\xbfto join one of their subsidiaries, a car rental & leasing company that has been \xef\xbb\xbfoffering short- and long-term rentals across the United Arab Emirates for the past 50 years.Experience:\xef\xbb\xbfAt least 10 years experience in rent-a-car, automotive or related industry, with at least 6 years as managerial role within the local UAE market, UAE experience is a must.Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team in achieving the company sales target and maintain effective communication of company strategy and objectives.
Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures the achievement of company sales goals and profitability.
Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Ensure each one of the team members is consistently using the company\'s sales tools in order to capture, update and maintain all account-related information for effective sales management.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Create and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Conduct one-on-one review with the sales team to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for improvement.
Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by being up to date with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand.
Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain a maximum profit margin.
Create and conduct proposal presentations and request for proposal responses.
Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and code of conduct; ensuring that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Ensure that sales team meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closings.
Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
Conduct regular coaching and counselling with the sales team to build motivation and selling skills.
Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
Ensure that all business activity is conducted in line with company values, policies and codes of conduct.
