Develop and implement strategies to secure tender contracts, optimize distribution channels, and ensure effective market access for Sandoz products. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, drive revenue growth, market penetration, and ensure product availability.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing team, manage talent, and foster collaboration across the organization
Lead tender management, develop strategies, coordinate submissions, and negotiate contracts.
Develop and execute Health Insurance and Payer strategies for listing and reimbursement.
Enhance distribution channel efficiency and effectiveness.
Support marketing strategies with a focus on market access.
Establish a market access advisory network and identify regulatory requirements.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics.
Develop commercially attractive tender and contracting strategies.
Provide insights on country policies for biosimilar therapies.
Prepare and implement market access plans to drive growth.
Monitor regulatory and policy changes in health insurance and financing.
Identify access gaps for current and near-launch products.
Champion innovative pricing and commercial models.
Capture competitor insights to influence business strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally to address market access challenges.
Monitor market dynamics and implement strategic pricing and reimbursement plans.
Track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of distribution strategies.
Requirements:
University degree in Business, Life Sciences, Medicine, Public Health, or Health Economics.
Pharmaceutical experience with a scientific understanding.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution management, market access and KAMs, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong analytical skills and understanding of Gulf & Levant market access.
Health Technology Assessment experience and health economics understanding.
Strategic thinker with business and financial acumen.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
Advanced understanding of strategic pricing and access strategies.
Excellent collaboration skills.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive culture and influence the organization effectively.
Key performance indicators:
Development and implementation of value-based solutions with designated Key Account customers.
Delivery of results for own Key Accounts, whether institutional or commercial.
Achieving the Key Account Plans and delivery of the required financial results.
Effective business relationship with own Key Accounts to deliver current and future business opportunities.
Development of a customer-centric focus within the Sandoz teams working on own Key Accounts; overall alignment of cross-functional teams and any resources from other functions with the Key Account agenda for own accounts.
Performance management of any assigned KAM associates.
