The Role

The Head of IT & Systems is a senior leader responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and Call Centre. This role includes strategic planning, implementation of technology solutions, and supporting operational efficiency and growth. The position oversees IT professionals and Call Centre teams, ensuring optimal use of technology resources. Key Responsibilities: o Strategic Planning o Infrastructure Management o Team Leadership o Call Center Operations o Budget Management o Vendor Management o Project Management o Cybersecurity and Data Protection o Compliance o User Support and Training o Performance Metrics o Technology Trends o Customer Experience Tasks: o ERP (D365) o Develop Contingency Plan o Portal Management/ Web Applications o Mobile Technology (Smart Phone, PDA, EDA, etc. Application development) o Training o Databases o CAFM Management



Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field o Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role with a track record of successful technology implementation o Cisco/ Microsoft Certifications/CISSP o Minimum 10 Years Experience as IT Manager/ Head of IT in Real Estate/ FM Industry o trong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies o Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills o Project management and budget management experience o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities o Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection best practices o Familiarity with relevant industry standards and compliance requirements
