Responsibilities:
1.Oversee all IT functions including data center management, security, network, computing and storage management, vendor relationships, technical support, application development, financial monitoring and disaster recovery planning. Manage operating budget and direct activities of 3 staff.
2.Manage and maintain S/4 HANA infrastructure deployment- infrastructure such as HANA System, Backup tool, computing, storage, network and security layers and assure business continuity to support business strategy (Omni-Channel).
4.Define and implement IT Infrastructure strategy, architecture and standards including voice and data network, systems and storage, data center, systems management, virtual server technology and cloud computing to ensure effective operations.
5.Oversee the implementation, monitoring, maintenance, patching, backups, security, upgrade, and administration of IT infrastructure including network infrastructure, servers - on-prem and cloud, storage, data center, databases, desktops/laptops, and peripherals to achieve availability, performance, and security objectives.
6.Ensure a stable and highly available enterprise computing environment, including effective customer communications, problem-solving, root cause analysis, and remediation.
7.Oversee the security operations to ensure the integrity and compliance of company infrastructure and data.
8.Accountable for the Disaster Recovery Plan and data protection.
9.Own IT Service Continuity and maintain the system, network, and security disaster recovery plans, scripts, and coordinate testing.
10.Build roadmaps for IT Cyber-Security and Infrastructure to support company growth such as organic / inorganic growth, deliver it within approved budget and timeline and ensure end-users usage.
11.Manages ongoing vendor relationships and ensures timely and cost- effective delivery of services & products. Overseeing I&O finances, including budgeting and forecasting. Control IT financial budget and deliver all projects within approved schedule and budget.
12.Design and implement different security layers such as firewall, email, and web and endpoint security and prepare IT SOPs.
13.Oversee the technological infrastructure (Security, Networks and computing layers) in the organization to ensure optimal performance and data security.
14.Assure business continuity by analyzing business impact, prepare backup and recovery strategy and disaster recovery plan and procedures.
15.Develop a deep understanding of the functional and technical capabilities of SAP in the implemented modules. This includes in-depth knowledge of SAP functionality for: Material Master, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders/Blankets, PO Approvals and Workflow, Planning, AP invoice management, Integrations with external systems and vendors.Skills/ Certifications:
1.Highly experienced with SAP S/4HANA implementations and business transformation programs
2.Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading IT projects with specific experience and knowledge with SAP S/4HANA, both functionally and technically oriented projects, such as upgrades, new installations; MI - PMP & PMI - RMP.
3.Microsoft Certificate such as MCP, MCSA, MCSE, Azure and Office 365 Solution performed by 1&0 teams
4.Architect. SAP Workload on Azure
5.Cisco Certificate such as CCNA & CCNP
6.Certified Information System Security
