Position: Head Of Interior Design

We are looking for a highly skilled and visionary Head of Interior Design to lead our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess over 20 years of extensive experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the interior design team, fostering creativity and professional growth.
• Oversee all aspects of design projects, from concept development to execution, ensuring the highest quality and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance our design offerings and sustainability practices.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 20+ years of experience in interior design, with a significant focus on projects in the UAE.
• Proven experience leading large-scale and high-profile projects with a strong design vision.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and successful project outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and project management tools.
• In-depth knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
