The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in human resources,preferably within the financial services or FX industry. This role involves overseeing all HRfunctions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a productive andpositive workplace environment. A Russian speaker is preferred due to our diverse client base.Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals andobjectives. Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support. Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations. Collaborate with senior management to forecast HR needs and developworkforce plans. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely manner. Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction andretention. Performance Management:Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems. Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management issues. Identify training and development needs and implement appropriate programs.Compensation and Benefits: Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs. Experience in the financial services or FX industry is highly preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
