Dear Candidates,We are hiring!!!!Female only....Designation: HR HeadLocation: Indiranagar, Bangalore initial 2 month-After Dubai Location.Interview Mode: Telephonic/Google MeetWorking Hours: 9 hours (Mon -Sat)Experience: 5+Salary: Hike will be based on the current salary and experienceNotice Period: Immediate to 15 daysBenefits Provided by the company - (Accommodation, VISA, Travel Expensive, Transport, Food) , Assets (laptop, phone, SIM card)Company Website -Linkedin URL -Dubai Address - 414, 4th floor, Building no. 4, Emaar Business Park, The Greens, Dubai, UAE.Roles and responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive plans and policies related to employeecompensation, benefits, health, and safety.Formulate and execute strategies for performance evaluations, staffing, training, andemployee development.Supervise HR personnel and provide expert guidance and support.Oversee all HR activities, initiatives, systems, and strategic operations.Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and liaise with laborunions.Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.Coordinate and manage all activities within the HR department.Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and procedures.Address grievances and enforce disciplinary actions as necessary.Analyze HR data and prepare reports for the board and senior management using HRmetrics.Participate in executive, management, and company-wide meetings, as well asrelevant seminars and workshops.Communicate and coordinate with external service providers, including thoseinvolved in housing, transport, and insurance.Develop and implement programs and policies designed to enhance employeegrowth and satisfaction.Create policies to address and reduce absenteeism and employee turnover.Requirements:Lead talent acquisition change initiatives at both strategic and operational levels.Demonstrated experience in managing a recruitment team with a robust understanding oftalent acquisition.Proven ability to make decisions with both strategic foresight and tactical precision.Exceptional interpersonal and motivational skills, with a capacity to build effectiverelationships across the organization.Enhance talent sourcing capabilities by optimizing direct hiring practices.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and reports to evaluate complexinformation.Influence employees at all levels to support your decisions and proposed plans.Ping me for more Details...Regards,Sweetlin
