? Ensure compliance and handle employees queries and policy administration
? Obtain necessary approvals and arrange benefits payments to employees
? Organize and maintain an electronic filing system, office database
? Provide support regarding contract of employment and work permit
? Prepare reports to Management
? Coordinate all aspects of employee management.

? Provide assistance to the CEO for HR tasks as required.
? Coordinate the recruitment procedures with respect to scanning of CVs and arranging interviews, defining job requirements, hiring and preparing contracts.
? Liaise with the Partners and Employees for training, guidance of the staff as per the requirements of their skills and development. Identify and formulate specific Training & Performance related solutions and interventions.
? Prepare and organize the evaluation, self assessment process and appraisals of the staff.
? Manage & Improve staff performance aligning them with organizational goals and objectives.
? Develop channels of communication with the Partners and Employees.
? Is responsible for the staff welfare and coordinating the medical insurance.
? Is responsible for assisting the staff in their job descriptions and relocation issues.
? To assist the staff during their leave.
? Organise and coordinate events for staff activities.
? Create forms / requirements when the need arises.
? Coordinate and assist in the development of the employee hand book which should consist of HR Processes & HR Policies for the Organization.
? Keep records of the staff annual leave, maintain and ensure that the staff individual files are up to date.
? In charge of providing letters to the staff as per their requirements but approved by the CEO.
Skills and Experience
• Graduate in Business Admin or HR
• 2+ years of experience in Real Estate HR management and coordination.
• Good knowledge of the country and work practices in Dubai.
• Good knowledge of service deliveries in a multi-cultural environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to liaise, negotiate, and reach constructive agreement with office partners, suppliers, customers and visitors.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English (oral and written).
• All communication (oral and written) must be of a high standard in terms of clarity and grammar.
• Be a flexible, positive, and energetic team player and ability to work well under deadlines.
• Have excellent detail orientation (i.e. accuracy in proofreading/checking data submissions understanding content)
• Have excellent organization skills, be able to prioritize and carry out special assignments
• Have excellent interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
• Team Player that Communicates openly, directly and diplomatically with the staff at all times
• Flexible to work beyond office hours
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
