Our client is a leading Port Terminal Operator headquartered in the UAE. They seek a Head of Growth, International Cargo Owner Sales, across Ship Agency, Bulk and Project Cargo domains. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with global decision-makers international manufacturing and trade organizations to grow terminal throughput.
Develop value propositions for fully integrated supply chain solutions using the in-house unified digital platform.
Develop the company\'s commercial strategy, balancing traditional business success with exploring new opportunities in ships agency, break-bulk, and project cargo.
Discover and cultivate fresh geographic business expansion prospects for the Group.
Oversee the growth and enhancement of the newly established North Asia business as per demand, and strategize a timeline for establishing a presence in other locations.
Supervise and analyze BCO sales performance and trends, while also overseeing budgets and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with the Head of Communications to identify key customer/trade events, promotions, and relevant associations for the Group\'s participation.
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in business, business administration, marketing or international business.
15 years experience in carrier/forwarder/NVOCC/transport/logistics
10 years of leadership/management experience.
Proven experience navigating and calling on Executive levels through an existing network.
Proficiency in sales management, international marketing, and negotiation techniques.
