Job Description

To represent Etihad Cargo and lead a team to enhance worldwide Cargo Revenue through planning and implementation of the Global Account strategy by account and contribute to define a long-term strategy and improve our global reach with partners in new territories.Accountabilities- Implementation and Execution of Cargo Global Account and SME strategy and program to deliver a consistent and growing revenue stream. Deliver network revenues as per agreed budget, in close cooperation with the worldwide sales team and HQ stakeholders
- Global Account Program Management - ensure consistent and accurate reporting and analytical insights to develop the business and identify opportunities with customers.
- Implementation and execution of the Distribution Strategy. Including identifying new markets and review new route strategies with customers and conclude bilateral/multilateral capacity programs to ensure support. Develop relationships with interline partners to support network solutions for customers through performance and opportunities review.
- Enhance Etihad Cargo\'s visibility with Strategic customer portfolio. Raise the profile of EY Cargo through Global Procurement and Senior Management DMUs within PE segment.
- Champion our Global Accounts and SME customer issues within the organization, establish performance indicators. Primary point of liaison with customer on all business-related matters. Agree process with customer to monitor EY performance and retain accountability to address issues affecting Key customer support. Work with other departments to ensure continuous consistent service and growth.
- Lead direct reports and influence selling behaviors across different regions to ensure network support of strategy.Requirements: Education & Experience- Bachelor\'s degree in Business management or similar discipline / Ideally with university degree and a postgraduate business MBA
- A comprehensive air cargo professional, aware of business complexities. Post holder must have min of 10 years air cargo/airline business experience, of which at least 5 in a senior management capacity within an air cargo environment driving and delivering business objectives through best practices.About Etihad AirwaysEtihad Airways, the national airline of the UAE, was formed in 2003 and quickly went on to become one of the world\'s leading airlines.
