Clear Water Technical Services is a leading provider of high-quality technical and engineering solutions across diverse industries. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Fit-Out to lead and oversee the execution of our fit-out projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire fit-out division, ensuring successful project delivery from concept to completion.
• Develop and implement strategies for the smooth execution of fit-out projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Oversee and direct the work of project teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure optimal performance and cost control.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the fit-out team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during the project and implement corrective measures.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction through regular updates and transparent communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in managing fit-out projects, with a strong background in project management and execution.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards, construction practices, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to think strategically.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Experience in managing budgets, contracts, and subcontractors.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
