Job Description
Kinetic has partnered with a leading Bank company who are hiring a Head of Syndicated Finance to be based in Dubai.The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for developing syndication strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Lead new product development / expand product offering including development of product strategy and product infrastructure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage a team of professionals providing guidance and support.
- Ensure adherence with company policies, Central bank, and applicable regulations.
- Monitor market trends that can impact credit quality and business / financial conditions.
