Your primary responsibilities include managing credit and risk, conducting in-depth cash flow analyses and accurately valuing properties. You will also be responsible for presenting comprehensive deal structures to banks, investors, and board members. You\'ll manage a range of real estate financing activities, including hotel,office, warehouse, and residential property financing. This will encompass financing new and existing properties, ensuring that our strategies align with organizational goals and market opportunities. Lead the real estate lending function, overseeing all aspects of credit and risk management.
Conduct cash flow analysis to assess the financial viability of real estate projects.
Provide recommendations on property valuations based on thorough market analysis.
Prepare and present financing deals to banks, investors, and board members.
Collaborate with the CFO and other senior management to develop and implement financing strategies.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Supervise a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications and Experience: * Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
CFA/ACCA/CA qualification or similar qualifications is highly preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a bank or financial institution in the UAE, with a focus on real estate and property financing.
Proven track record in loan documentation, termsheets, financial modelling, and valuations.
Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and regulatory environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
