This role is critical in guiding financial strategy, providing insightful analysis, and supporting executive decision-making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance leadership and a proven ability to drive financial performance through strategic planning.What You\'ll be Doing\xe2\x80\xa6

• Lead FP&A function, delivering comprehensive financial analysis and insights.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting business performance.
• Oversee annual budgeting process, align with company objectives and strategic goals.
• Manage forecasting process, provide accurate and timely updates to senior management.
• Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to evaluate business performance.
• Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, communicate findings.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance for strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and financial implications of business decisions.
• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to stakeholders.
• Ensure transparent and effective communication of financial performance and plans.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.

Who You Are\xe2\x80\xa6

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or Qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of the consumer goods industry and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance through strategic planning and analysis.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
