Job Title: Head of Finance Location: Fujairah, UAE Company: Mak Al Kaitoob Crushers And Transport Salary: AED 7,000 - AED 8,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time About Us: Mak Al Kaitoob Crushers And Transport, a prominent name in the quarry mining industry in Fujairah, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance. Join us to lead our financial operations and contribute to our continued growth and success. : As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Your role will be critical in strategic decision-making and providing financial insights to support the company's objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll. Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts. Monitor financial details to ensure legal compliance. Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the companys actual performance compared to the business plans. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained. Develop trends and projections for the firms finances. Conduct risk management activities to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates, currency exchange rates, and others. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements. Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Masters degree or CPA preferred). Proven experience as a Head of Finance or similar role in the quarry mining or related industry. In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices. Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
