Job Description

Head of Events Sales \xe2\x80\x93 Hospitality/Leisure
  • Promote venue related events
  • Develop and execute the Event Sales strategy to maximise revenue generation and client satisfaction
  • Responsible for contracting, coordinating, and executing events and meetings at the venue
  • Identify opportunities in the market to drive banquet revenues
  • Implement solutions to drive revenue and increase client satisfaction
  • Establish a partnership with each member of the sales team to maximize selling time, ensure accurate orders, achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and ultimately be a strong contributor to the achievement of department and company sales volume goals
  • Apply excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, expertise in sales relations, ability to anticipate needs and comprehensive product knowledge to act as a true extension of the sales team
  • At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role and international exposure in a 5-star environment
