Develop and execute the Event Sales strategy to maximise revenue generation and client satisfaction
Responsible for contracting, coordinating, and executing events and meetings at the venue
Identify opportunities in the market to drive banquet revenues
Implement solutions to drive revenue and increase client satisfaction
Establish a partnership with each member of the sales team to maximize selling time, ensure accurate orders, achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and ultimately be a strong contributor to the achievement of department and company sales volume goals
Apply excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, expertise in sales relations, ability to anticipate needs and comprehensive product knowledge to act as a true extension of the sales team
At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role and international exposure in a 5-star environment
