This is such an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Event Catering Operator in the Middle East As the Head of Event Catering for the Middle:East, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of regional events catering business. You will lead a diverse team of culinary experts, event planners, and operational staff to deliver exceptional culinary and life:style experiences at prestigious events. Education, Skills and Experience we need from you: * Bachelors degree in business administration, Hospitality management, Marketing, Event Planning, or a related field. MBA preferred. * Proven track record of more than 15 years in leading a large:scale high end luxurious events, catering or hospitality business on the highest level. * Must have worked in the Middle East before; good understanding of culture and how things are done * Deep understanding of the high:end events industry, including trends, client expectations, and competitive landscape. * Excellent network in the high:end global event catering world. * Seasoned in taking over and developing relationships at top level * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to go the extra mile to develop events catering to the highest level. * Demonstrated strong commercial acumen to sell a superior value proposition at a premium margin to the customers. * Proficiency in MS Office with particular strength in Excel and PowerPoint. * Proficiency in event planning software and tools. * Fluent in English language skills are essential and any other relevant languages in the region is a plus.
