• Education and Experience:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years\' engineering experience, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proven track record in managing and leading engineering teams.
• Technical Skills:

• Strong technical background in software development, system architecture, and engineering best practices.
• Expertise in:

• Full-stack development, including NextJS and React 17+.
• AI system design, including advanced models and orchestration tools.
• Backend infrastructure, containerization, and orchestration tools.
• Cloud infrastructure (Azure), security, and data processing.
• Advanced search and integration tools.
