Royal Private English School, Fujairah is seeking a creative and inspiring Head of Early Years Coordinator to lead our vibrant Early Years program.
As Head of Early Years Coordinator, you will oversee our Early Years curriculum, lead a dedicated team of educators, and ensure that our program aligns with best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years proven experience in an early year's leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in English and conversant in IT skills.
• A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Candidates with relevant certifications such as Montessori Training Courses would be preferred.
