Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and a proven track record of driving growth and engagement. The Head of Digital Marketing will oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including but not limited to, social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, online reputation management, digital footprint supervision, and digital advertising. This role provided exposure to different business verticals under Vivandi Group and requires strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and creativity to develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies that align with each company's objectives.
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, build strong online reputation, a global digital footprint, and engagement across all digital channels.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to achieve KPIs and objectives.
Channel Management: Lead the management and optimization of all digital marketing channels, including social media, email, search, and display advertising.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the internal teams to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to measure the performance of digital marketing efforts, identify areas for improvement, and make data-backed recommendations for optimization.
Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and incorporate relevant innovations into the company's strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
SMART KPIs: (TBC)
Conversion Rate: Increase the overall conversion rate within the first six months through targeted optimization of digital marketing campaigns and landing pages.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Decrease the CAC within the first year by optimizing digital advertising spend and improving campaign efficiency.
Traffic Growth : Achieve a X% increase in website traffic within the first three months through a combination of SEO optimization, content marketing initiatives, and social media strategies.
Engagement Metrics: Improve key engagement metrics (such as social media engagement rate, email open rate, and click-through rate) within the first quarter through the implementation of targeted engagement tactics and content strategies.
Revenue from Digital Channels: Increase revenue generated from digital channels (including e-commerce sales, online bookings, etc.) year-over-year through strategic planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Brand Awareness: Increase brand awareness and reach within the first six months through the implementation of brand-building initiatives, including influencer partnerships, sponsored content, and PR campaigns.
Return on Investment (ROI): Achieve a strong ROI for all digital marketing campaigns by closely monitoring performance metrics, optimizing campaigns in real-time, and reallocating resources as necessary to maximize ROI.
Customer Lifetime Value (CLV): Increase the CLV within the first year through the implementation of customer retention strategies, personalized marketing efforts, and upselling/cross-selling initiatives.
These SMART KPIs are designed to provide clear, measurable targets that align with the company's overall objectives and enable the Head of Digital Marketing to effectively track and evaluate the success of their initiatives in each business vertical of Vivandi Group.
