The chosen candidate will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all paid, owned, and earned media. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing and Partnership team and collaborate with Data, Product and Tech team on various projects to enhance the performance of digital strategies and grow our digital presence.We are looking for a proactive leader with a passion for Digital Marketing, CRM, Performance Marketing, a love for problem-solving, hands-on work, experimentation, measurement, and leveraging automation for enhanced efficiency in daily operations.What you will do
Develop and execute a 360-degree digital marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for the app.
Manage the digital paid media budget and activate performance marketing campaigns across all channels, including Meta, UAC, Apple Search, and other programmatic channels.
Oversee the optimisation of the Blue Mar-Tech platform (Monday.com, Bloomreach CRM, App CMS, etc.) to enable and execute customer engagement strategies, enhancing member engagement and driving overall business growth.
Plan, optimise, and implement direct marketing automation campaigns (email, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp) to ensure personalised and relevant engagement with Blue members.
Lead the in-app content strategy, implementation and management of Blue brands in the App aligned with Blue key business goals in collaboration with Product & Tech team
Improve and support the achievement of Blue marketing goals, including:
Increasing Blue awareness (branding and offers/promotions), Driving qualified traffic to the Blue app (A-MAU), Enhancing Blue engagement levels (MAU), Optimizing CRM KPIs (CTR), Reducing engagement costs (CPC, CPI)
Ensuring seamless CX & branding within the Blue app (content alignment with strategic guidelines)
Implement and optimize marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance the efficiency of marketing campaigns and app performance.
Collaborate with the tech team to continuously optimize CRM platforms, ensuring seamless integration with other business applications and leveraging new features to improve customer engagement and insights.
Lead the deployment of marketing-led user stories, bridging the gap between marketing and data teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Work closely with brands, the marketing team (digital marketing, partnership, content/graphics designer), and the data team to align CRM strategies with overall marketing and business objectives, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

What equips you for the role
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in team management.
Hands-on expertise in CRM loyalty marketing, including a solid understanding of concepts and best practices.
At least 10 years of experience in marketing technology and platforms, focusing on CRM loyalty. Experience in mobile app ecosystems is advantageous.
Familiarity with Marketing Automation, CMS platforms, and Mobile Attribution tools such as Adjust, CRM such as Bloomreach, Analytics tools like Firebase is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile technology is beneficial.
