Job Summary
This position will be responsible for the development of the Digital Banking product, as well as adding new products and services to the platform in accordance with open architecture offering. This will involve searching for innovative fintech solutions that are entering the market and will be required to implement organization strategy for promoting the products and services, as well as optimising the customer experience and customer journeys.

Job Responsibilities
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and digital tools that can enhance operations and services.
• Responsible for end-to-end leading and management of the digital banking delivery including
Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Payment Gateways, ATM etc. Also ensure uninterrupted function of all new alternative distribution channels which include ATM, POS, KIOSK, Fast Track Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Electronic Payment and any other Digital Financial Services under purview.
• Lead digital initiatives, including identifying and prioritizing projects, budgeting, and fund planning, and overseeing project execution.
• Foster strong relationships with IT vendors and stakeholders to support the successful execution of digital projects and initiatives.
• Develop and implement Digital Strategies and Enhancement Plans/road maps, with the support of Strategic Integration and planning, for leveraging digital technologies and driving growth and transformation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage the digitalization budget effectively, allocating resources appropriately, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize data analytics to gain insights into behavior, preferences, and trends, enabling data-driven decision-making for continuous improvement.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management and other relevant stakeholders on project progress, key performance indicators, and outcomes.
• Oversee conducting and developing continuous research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences aiming to create innovative plans for the department as per the defined KPIs.
• Establish partnership with global players to fast track the banks digital journey
• An active and effective member of the Leadership Team on all matters of corporate management, ensuring that the bank's core values are embedded in the group.

Minimum Qualifications
