Head of Design
Location: United Arab Emirates
Salary: Competitive market relatedOur client is a leading packaging manufacturer for the FMCG industry, supplying companies across the region.Key role is to oversee the design process from inception, drawings to manufacturing stage.
Role and responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Liaise with clients to determine the final requirements;
\xc2\xb7 Obtain file from clients or suppliers in the correct format;
\xc2\xb7 Review interim & final layouts and suggest improvement as needed;
\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with suppliers and Production department to deliver the expected result;
\xc2\xb7 Conduct researches to stay updated on design and printing technologies in order to provide
\xc2\xb7 highest quality product for clients;
\xc2\xb7 Ensuring efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure the delivery of high quality products as per clients\'standards and expectations;RequirementsRequirements
\xc2\xb7 Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design;
\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Graphic Design and leading a team;
\xc2\xb7 Previous experience in designing templates for packaging industry;
\xc2\xb7 Excellent communications skills in English and Arabic are essential;
\xc2\xb7 Shortlisted candidates will be required to share your packaging portfolio.
