Job Description

Lead a team of Design Managers and allied staff from Feasibility, Pre-Concept to Final Building Permit. All Design Managers are Single Point of Contact for all project relevant information, so holding data for all projects will be the primary responsibility of this position. Lead design brief preparation, maintain domain expertise data, prepare project feasibility, and document project discovery process. Direct the team as per the agreed project targets. Time, Cost and Quality Benchmarks shall be agreed prior start of project in accordance to the Client Design Brief. Manage interface between design team / site supervision team ensuring proper design support is provided in a timely manner for 3rd party consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for project delivery. Proactively take accountability for the accuracy of project documents (including but not limited to multi-disciplinary drawings supporting the entire project scope, design reports, technical specifications, etc.) and ensure they meet Client requirements and Industry Standards. Develop knowledge of local & international codes, regulations, submission requirements. Education: Bachelor/Master's degree in Architecture/Construction Management or equivalent Experience: 15 - 20 Years with reputed Design Studios in Dubai, international experience preferred. Project Portfolio: Architecture for Residential, Hospitality, Retail, Public Spaces, mixed use and commercial Revit / BIM experience is a must. Seniority level
