The ideal candidate will be from Real estate background.
Minimum 15 years of Experience.
Extensive understanding of Designs.
Establishing the briefing process and overseeing the wider design function.
Proficient user of CAD and Adobe Photoshop
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts, present ideas to stakeholders, and negotiate with consultants and contractors.
Responsibilities:
Lead design and deliver projects.
Handles and manages the design team (Drawing, 3D Visual and FFE ) to execute project according to the concept, standards and requirements within a given period of time.
Review and implement project from design development phase to construction phase.
Check and correct FF&E material specifications as per brand standards and requirements. Check and approve all FF&E materials specified and substitutions.
Inspecting site regularly, meet with contractors and sub contractors for weekly work shop, document coordination and conducts on the spot decisions at site.
Liaise with internal and third-party construction professionals and partners to execute the design and development strategy in the Detailed Design, Tender, and Construction phases in accordance with the project vision.
Coordinate plans between design disciplines and all stakeholders with careful attention to detail.
Attend project and construction meetings, ensuring that project progress occurs in alignment with the finance budget, development strategy and business case.
Checks and coordinate with the internal factory production team in producing required joinery and case goods to ensure the drawings and materials are well coordinated.
Manage and monitor the stage submittal process and deliverables, ensuring adherence to schedules.
Compile comprehensive reporting on the status of design and implementation for all projects.
Coordinate with the delivery team during the construction phase. Check and approve all FF&E materials specified and substitutions.
Attends regular site meeting with the clients team, main contractor and sub-contractors.
