- Drive long-term strategic decisions for data engineering capabilities within the organizationQualifications and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master\'s or PhD is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in data engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and managing technical teams
- Deep expertise in big data technologies such as Python, R, Spark, NoSQL, and SQL
- Experience with batch and real-time data processing frameworks including Hadoop, Apache Storm, Apache Kafka, and Apache Spark
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms, DevOps, and data lakes for enterprise-scale data transformation
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure ecosystem for cloud platform operations and maintenance
- Strong grasp of software development methodologies, Agile frameworks, and project execution strategies
- Experience implementing and managing large-scale data integration, ETL, and data modeling processes
- Knowledge of statistical methods, data governance, and metadata management practices
