We are currently partnered with a global entity based in Abu Dhabi who is looking to hire a Head of Data Analytics & Insights to build a best-in-class data and insights function from the ground upResponsibilities: - Establish and lead the data analytics and insight's function, setting its strategy, vision, and roadmap - Recruit, mentor, and scale a team of data scientists, analysts, and business partners - Develop foundational frameworks for data integration, analytics, and visualization - Lead the development of data pipelines, tools, and visualizations using tools like SQL, Python, or R - Analyze data to uncover actionable insights and recommendations - Design models to link points programs with customer behavior, driving engagement and retention - Build and oversee marketing performance analytics, focusing on ROI optimization and marketing mix modelling - Provide insights that enhance performance marketing strategies - Collaborate with retail and pricing teams to refine strategies and optimize pricing decisionsRequirements: - 14+ years in data analytics, insights, and/or data science roles, with proven success in building data functions from scratch - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or related fields - Experience managing and scaling teams, with the ability to inspire and lead in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in SQL, Python/R, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and marketing analytics frameworks - Strong background in analytics for B2C organizations, especially loyalty, marketing, and retail analytics - Willingness to roll up your sleeves and remain hands-on in data extraction, modelling, and insights generation - Ability to connect analytics to business outcomes, ensuring data becomes a critical driver of successBenefits: ..Consultant Name: Sonny MeddleConsultant Email:
