Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and deliver exceptional service.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the travel industry, focusing on products such as travel management, holiday packages, and visa services.
Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
Propose customized solutions and enhancements in travel management, holiday packages, and visa services to exceed client expectations.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms in all business segments, particularly travel management, holidays, and visa services.
Gather and analyze client feedback to identify improvement areas and implement corrective measures.
Prepare detailed reports on client engagement, business development efforts, and market trends for senior management review.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies in all interactions and activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Extensive experience in the travel industry, with an in-depth understanding of travel management, holiday products, and visa services.
Proven expertise in Customer Relationship Management and Business Development within the travel sector.
Proficiency in English is a must, and Arabic is preferred.
