This role also includes influencer management, coordination with PR, and collaboration with the sneaker design team, ensuring the brand\'s success across all touchpoints.Responsibilities: Brand strategy development & implementation:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies
Translate brand strategy into actionable plans and roll them out
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning
Creative direction & design oversight:
Oversee all visual and creative aspects of the brand, including product designs
Direct the design and tone of voice for all brand assets, ensuring consistency
Collaborate with sneaker designers to innovate and refine products
Digital marketing & campaign management:
Manage online marketing strategies and campaigns in collab with growth marketer and general manager
Develop and execute creative (viral) marketing campaigns
Analyze (digital) marketing metrics to improve engagement
Community building & engagement:
Develop and implement strategies to build and engage the company\'s community both online and offline
Organize events and activities to foster community engagement
Influencer (KOL) & PR coordination:
Identify, evaluate, and select the right influencers to represent and promote the brand
Maintain close contact with the public relations agency
Ensure PR strategies align with overall brand goals and messaging
Brand safeguarding & monitoring:
Safeguard the brand\'s integrity and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Monitor the brand\'s performance and make necessary adjustments to strategies
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
Team Collaboration and reporting:
Manage and mentor the social media content creator and work closely with the growth marketer
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment
Provide regular updates on brand performance and marketing initiatives

Proven ability to define, implement creative direction, and grow brands in the sneaker industry
Ability to show examples of previous success stories in brand building and marketing
Availability:
Must be able to start early September
