We make UAE a safer place by providing secure electronic payment solutions, cyber security systems and communications as well as security systems for Dubai International Airport and air traffic management and navigation systems for Abu Dhabis airport.JOB OBJECTIVE:With a total headcount exceeding 1600 employees and different business units, Thales in Middle-East, Africa, Saudi Arabia & Central Asia regions represents a complex organization encompassing Industrialization, Sales, Strategic accounts, services, and support activity.Constant and demanding evolution of the market trends in the field of Compensation & Benefits practices requires developing adequate company reaction, to maintain a balanced and coherent remuneration policy, preventing the risk of any underestimation and wage inequalities.A compensation and benefits Manager is responsible for ensuring fair and accurate compensation, including regular salaries, bonuses, long and mid-term incentives, pensions, and any additional types of employee benefits by using analytical models and building remuneration & benefits schemes, which secures employees motivation in line with the market trends and budgetary restrictions. As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist / Expert, he/she will be working at the heart of HR projects and challenges with a high degree of visibility, interacting with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Compensation & Benefits:
Lead Compensation & Benefits annual processes for ME, Africa, KSA & CA regions:
Salary & Performance Review: propose consistent salary review budgets for the region to the Group/DGDI and then support/monitor countries during the yearly salary review making sure budgets and group guidelines are respected.
LTI/MTI/STI annual campaigns: coordinate and then consolidate countries proposals for ME, Africa, KSA & CA regions
Lead Compensation and Benefits topics within the region.
Responsible to fulfill external salary survey (WTW) and then update our internal salary ranges
Responsible for Job evaluation for all positions till senior management across the region
Support HRBPs / Countries:
Support HRBP at the time of salary package proposal to employees/candidates
Provide guidance regarding external market trend to ensure Thales packages remain competitive in a very dynamic market
Provide expertise and support Regional Stakeholders, Country HRBPs, country Management on all C&B related topics (current market trends, salary benchmarks and proposals)
Take care to maintain a coherent remuneration and benefits policies, preventing the risk of any underestimation and wage inequalities, in alignment with local labour law regulations for different countries.
Benefits:
Lead all employee benefits management including cost monitoring, RFQ at the time of contract renewal in collaboration with brokers/vendors, implementation and finally communication
HRIS
Manage & coordinate HRIS (Workday) within the region with the support of a regional HRIS
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
10 - 15 years of experience in a position related to the analysis of remuneration and work with large amounts of data.
Experience in HR department; Compensation & Benefits
Ability to work in an international organization in a matrix structure.
Ability to build relations and cooperate with all level employees.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage Global projects.
Ability to create and analyze reports, indicators.
Ability to solve problems at strategic & operational level.
Ability to inspire confidence within the Leadership Team.
