Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the communications strategy for a global leader in energy solutions? Our client, a multinational leader in sustainable energy technologies, is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Communications to oversee their Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. The company is dedicated to supporting industries and infrastructure worldwide with innovative energy solutions.Based in Dubai, UAE, this pivotal role involves managing all communications across the MEA region. You will safeguard the organization's reputation, lead a dynamic team of five professionals, and craft strategies that align with global objectives. You will collaborate closely with global leadership to ensure alignment between regional operations and overarching global strategies.Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated internal and external communication strategies across multiple markets within the MEA region.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Build relationships with key media outlets, oversee press materials, and manage digital and social media presence.
- Plan and execute impactful communication strategies for major events and initiatives.
- Implement crisis communication protocols to protect and enhance the company's reputation.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with global messaging across all channels.
- 15+ years of experience in communications, including media, branding, and crisis management.
- Strong business acumen and a proven track record in the energy sector, preferably within MEA.
- International experience and multicultural fluency; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Exceptional networking and leadership skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in English at a native level, both written and spoken.
