• Develop necessary processes and procedures.
• Recruit, train, develop, review, and retain staff, including identifying and communicating their development and training needs.
• Deploy staff flexibly to provide effective commercial services.
• Liaise and negotiate with stakeholders and third parties.
• Conduct contract reviews, identifying risks and mitigation strategies, and ensure proper execution of contract documents before project commencement.
• Provide contractual and commercial support across the business and ensure integration into project business plans.
• Prepare monthly contract review reports and management accounts information.
• Implement strong financial controls, monitor budgets, drive cost reduction initiatives, and manage variations against the original contract specifications.
• Maintain regular customer contact to ensure satisfaction, identify potential problems early, and implement customer care initiatives.
• Assist with business planning, ensure adherence to corporate governance standards, and be accountable for financial performance and risk management..
• Ensure that all relevant safety, quality and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety, quality of services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed within AFC
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of process and practices taking into account, the interests and benefits to Al Futtaim and its employees.
